Do you need my water or power?
No. The truck carries its own heated water and generator. A nearby outlet is helpful but never required.
How much space do you need to park?
About 25 feet. A driveway or the street in front of your home works great.
Do I need to be home during the groom?
No. Just leave clear directions for picking up and returning your pup, and keep your phone handy.
How do I pay?
After the groom, by card, Venmo or cash. No deposit is needed to book.
What vaccines does my dog need?
Your dog should be current on rabies and distemper. You'll confirm this when you book.
Can you groom anxious or senior dogs?
Yes. One-on-one grooming with no other dogs around is ideal for nervous, senior and special-needs pups. Camrie is a former vet tech trained in Fear Free handling.
Do you groom aggressive dogs?
For everyone's safety, we can't accept dogs with a bite history.
What if my dog has fleas?
We can't groom dogs with fleas, to keep the truck clean for every pup. Please treat and reschedule.
Do you groom big dogs?
Absolutely. Big dogs walk up a ramp into our walk-in tub. Dogs over 100 lb need approval before booking.
How old does my puppy need to be?
Our Puppy's First groom is for puppies under 6 months. It's a gentle bath, blow-dry and face, feet and hygiene tidy.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs do best every 6 weeks. Doodles and long coats often need every 4. Our Keep Your Spot plan keeps you on schedule.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations, or if we can't reach you when we arrive, are $39 or the service price, whichever is less. No-shows are $59 or the service price, whichever is less.
What happens in bad weather?
If unsafe roads or weather make us reschedule, we'll text you and there's never a fee. The truck has heat and AC, so normal cold or heat isn't a problem.
Do you groom cats?
Not at this time. Lemon Leash is dogs only.
What areas do you serve?
All of Cache Valley, including Logan, North Logan, Hyde Park, Smithfield, Richmond, Providence, River Heights, Millville, Nibley, Hyrum, Wellsville and Mendon. No travel fees.
What products do you use?
Professional iGroom shampoos and conditioners. The truck is vacuumed, rinsed and sanitized between every dog.
