CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged $39 or the price of the booked service, whichever is less.
NOT HOME OR UNREACHABLE
If we arrive and can't reach you or access your pup, the late-cancellation fee applies: $39 or the service price, whichever is less.
NO-SHOWS
No-shows without notice are charged $59 or the full service price, whichever is less.
WEATHER
If unsafe roads or weather make us reschedule, we'll text you and there's never a fee.
VACCINES
Dogs should be current on rabies and distemper vaccines. You'll confirm your dog's vaccine status when booking.
BEHAVIOR & SAFETY
For the safety of your dog and our groomer, we can't accept dogs with a bite history. We may stop a groom if a dog becomes too stressed to continue safely.
FLEAS
We can't groom dogs with fleas, to keep the truck clean and safe for every pup. Please treat your dog and reschedule.
MATTING
Mild matting is handled with our dematting add-on. Severe matting may require a shave-down for your dog's comfort and safety; we'll talk with you before shaving.
LARGE DOGS
Dogs over 100 lb need approval before booking. Text us a photo and we'll confirm.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are starting estimates and may vary with coat condition, temperament, breed and grooming time. Final pricing is confirmed after your groomer's assessment. Payment is due after the groom by card, Venmo or cash.
